Free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping is 3-5 business day delivery (it frequently arrives sooner) We can ship anywhere in the continental United States; excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Internationally. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Amazon Lockers.
Majority of Dr Franklyn's products are guaranteed FREE returns or exchanges. Items eligible for return: Must be in new condition free of scratches, cracks, dirty or marked tires, or any indication of usage. Must be returned in original packaging. Must have requested return authorization within 30 days of delivery. Must be returned within 14 day of return authorization. Please contact our customer support to process your return or exchange.
We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed. To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP. If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
Once your return is verified, Dr Franklyn's will issue a credit to the card used for the purchase. It can take up to 2-4 weeks for your card to be credited by the issuer.
